One on One Training

Private sessions are the most effective way to train and experience the benefits of Pilates. During the class instructor analysises your posture to determine the best exercises to improve it, which leads to a healthier back and neck and released joints.

It is advisable to begin your Pilates workout with private sessions first. Then, once you have an understanding of the system, spring settings and order of the exercises, duet or group sessions are ideal. Private sessions are the most effective way to train and experience the benefits of Pilates. During the class instructor analysises your posture to determine the best exercises to improve it, which leads to a healthier back and neck and released joints. Starting with private sessions will allow you to truly embody and learn how the exercises & sequences should be performed as well as any modifications that might be needed for your body.
