Flying Pilates is a dynamic training form, that uses the instability of the fabric to support a conscious tension within the deeper muscle system which leads to a higher body tension and a very efficient training. Flying Pilates allows a multidimensional training which works with regular muscles functions and creates a brand new training experience that tones, shapes and defines your muscles and helps with flexibility.
Flying Pilates was founded in 2012 by Sonja Ehrlich, a Pilates Instructor from Hamburg, Germany. She combined all benefits of suspension and functional training with the unique movements of the pilates method, and put it onto aerial hammocks.
